Use a burn tool or a blackish really soft brush and change the crappy lighting on the left after your done with that, Use dodge tool and hit a few strokes all around the render except for the neck up. And after that, Go to your layers panel thingy and grab the render and drag it all the way up ontop of everything and you should be good to go, if not, then idk send me the .psd file
