As for the awards, arun recently added couple of more awards. Wait will vB4 and there might be different kinds of awards and usergroups maybe also.

We don't need that kind of stuff to be honest. There will be no rank with GMOD-like status, there won't be a rank as good as administrator, nothing below minion, I can say. The only position that'll be made are deglatory staff, like editors, publicist, GFX Team, Contributors, etc. Deglatory staff = People who do work. PL works on raising MPGH awareness by VFXing, making news posts, etc etc. GFX Team = Making youtube layouts, MPGH Skins, Youtube Skins, etc etc. Contributors = People have caught the admins eye by making releases; hacks(mostly) or MANY other releases besides that. Editors = People working on an upcoming wiki for a game.

It's all work, those are the only type of positions that can be made.
Minions+ , there is nothing like that.
