The service is not available in your region

Just after the last patch dated on the 15th, I ve 4 accounts blocked for a while ( between 6 days and 29 days ) and another account not blocked but each time I try to connect , i ve this message "The service is not available in your region"??
Does anybody know what it is ?

ok i understand ; I saw map with red regions in the forum on crossfire site ;
So, as all my old accounts were banned for a xhile , i tried to create a new one but as it is after august, I can't play ;
But my old account will work again after the period of ban as they were created before august.

yes exacly all your accounts created before the restricted date are playable

yeah EU players cant make another account all u can do is make a new acc on CROSSFIRE EU
