I know that, but most games run at 40-110 fps without fraps running.

I don't use fraps... Also I have a Toshiba Laptop which has a Nvidia GTX 560m GPU... Build a PC then use Fraps...

FRAPS takes up a shitload of system resources when recording on HD settings. The higher you set the FPS for recording, the lower your ingame FPS will be.

I set it on 15fps, and half size. It helped quite a lot, and I'm tired of people bitching on the internet on how they only get 30fps in a game while recording. I'd gladly trade.
