COD MW 2 is not working on alterIW

Hello everyone! I downloaded cod mw 2 from alterIW site and
I can log in but when I click on find game and click any game
mode (TDM,etc) It says we need to find 'n' no. of players and it
just searching for a long time and at last nothing happens. I am
fed up of it and went to dedicated servers to play. Most of the
servers support players with low ping and when I click on other
servers other than low ping one's It says joining server...1
It it is stuck like that. Sometimes I can play the game like mostly
90% It get's stuck and 10% of chance to play the game. SO any
one knows what's going on?

Perhaps you should upgrade you dial up connection to something a little more suitable.

You mean I should upgrade my internet connection?
Is the problem caused due to it?

Chances are yes. Those problems sound exactly like something caused by a bad internet connection. Whats your speed?

Chennai is in india right? Chances are there is not many players playing there, therefore it is harder for you to find games.

private games? I mean how to invite others?

I think your ports need to be opened.

Here are my lame speeds that I pay $39 a month for, but at least I can join matches just fine:

UDP 3005 (outbound only, no forward needed)
UDP 3101 (outbound only, no forward needed)
UDP 28960 (inbound/outbound, must forward to act as a multi-player host, but no forward or inbound traffic needed to find and join games
