Someone else was using my account and they got me banned. can you please un-ban me since i had nothing to do with this ban. i would really like to keep playing and stuff but i cant now since my account is banned. Im very mad at you for doing that i do play on my account almost everyday but i go to school and im studying to be a game designer and maybe even work for you guys. but i really hope you can un-ban chingchowy. thanks for your time into reading this. have a good day.

Dude, if you're gonna use social engineering use it right.

First off, use correct grammar...
Secondly, makeup a better story.
Don't say someone was on your account hacking, cause it's obvious they wont believe you.

I always use this method,
"Dear (In whom you're speaking with),

I have came to a conclusion that my account was falsely banned.
It may have had to do something with the recent lag, so I must have been reported by someone who thought I was using third party programs in combat arms.

I hope this situation can be resolved shortly, as I dearly love to play games by Nexon, and i'm definitely looking towards a response from your team.
