*sigh* Ill try to fix. That was the problem with my other login, the mp5 login, it was doing the same thing.

Instead of just adding the stylized filter on the login box, try to create a new, original one. Maybe some rust, and some blood dripping off of the side of it, with a glowing red, bloodshot eye behind it. Try to do more than just adding filters. Nice job though.

It has some obvious C+P in there, but it's incorporated well. Once the actual login box is changed from a filter to an individual element I believe it will look much better, but it's not bad.
