Maplestory private server source section.

Hey, I think mpgh should make a maplestory private server source, not hack, section so people can make their own private servers. I code maple pservers so I can release some of my work. And there shouldn't be leeching.

Would be neat if we had a Development section though. Not just for MapleStory, we could have development sections for tons of games that have private servers.
