Skyrim v. Battlefield 3

I've played BF3 BETA, it's pretty kick-ass. But everybody glitches/mods, but after all it's just a BETA.
But I always loved Elder Scrolls more than BF, idk why. I loved Oblivion.

Everyone calls beta on it's problems, but it's not even the current build, it seems lame in the way of marketing on their part, even. I'll be buying it anyways, but Skyrim seems much more polished from what I've seen from Bethesda.

The beta was never based on marketing, so it wasn't a priority concern. Just as it was in the BFBC2 beta.

I KNOW this is just a beta and the release will be epic.

You missed the point, is EA really that cocky about Battlefield 3 that they don’t think this beta will tarnish the game?

I'm not saying this will affect my or others opinions. It seems like a stupid move on their part, but that's not what this topic is about.

The whole thing is, you can't really compare the two because they're directed to two different audiences. Most people don't play CoD and Oblivion. Most people don't play Halo and From Dust.

I've already pointed that out, and the poll's already here? Which one are you most excited/care more for? That's all I'm asking. I came into this knowing it would be opinionated.

Uhh... No? The beta wasn't any of EA's idea. DICE decided whether to do a beta or not. They're not being cocky at all, they're confident that their gameplay is strong enough to compete even with the fixable glitches. You can't make a final decision on a game that's not finished yet.

Im sorry? I mention consoles graphics sucking? Beta. Being able to one/two shot is overpowered? Beta. Criticize any feature of the game? Beta. Squad system? Beta.

I'm not saying the game won't be changed before release, but honestly? The wrong impression was left for me. I can only imagined what won't be fixed. All I know is I won't touch this on a console, that's for sure.

And Im not using the data here, Im trying to spark a discussion, obviously did not work well, so no need to mention that.

BF3 = You do the campaign you then play online until you buy another game
you're fucked if your internet cuts out or you cant access it
Skyrim = You do the campaing for 3 years then buy the next elders scrolls. The fun never ends
