ridiculous amount of crudes

There's a guy having accs named aaaa????(?= random letters)
having a ridiculous amount of crude onyxes.
Now question is..
Is he probably using a bot to farm the crudes?
Is he using a hack that makes a loed of onyxes drop?(I think its impossible..)
Or he just bought all of em when they were cheap and he's selling now..?

I think its the first, but comment about it anyways.
