Bug ban ?

Hi all, i wanna know when my acc will be unbanned, in the site just appear:

"
Your account is currently blocked from playing CROSS FIRE from Z8Games due to Hack."

Previously, dont appear anything to me in site, and I was able to enter in game, altogether banned.

Initially, the z8 said 30 days ban, but its forever ban now ?

No, It is a 30 days ban. If longer you have to contact them
You get only permanent bans if somebody reports you

That's basically the hack duration. If it doesn't provide that information, your most likely permabanned.
If you feel that your ban was wrong, then go send them a support ticket.
To be honest, if your going to use hacks, you need to be careful next time. Don't go and OHK everyone in the room for the whole time on your main without thinking people are reporting. Use functions with caution next time...
