Question External Graphic Card for Laptop ?

I did some research and I found out that there is thing that called ViDock Village Instruments : ViDock that will help you to improve the graphics of your laptop and put in the separate monitor . And it is expensive .
Is there something that improves laptop's graphics ?

An external PCIe graphics card adapter that plugs into an ExpressCard slot is only going to do so much. There is likely no way you will be able to internally upgrade your graphics card, and at the price of that enclosure (not sure if it even comes with a graphics card either), you will be spending at least $200. If it doesn't come with a decent card, up to $500. At that point, Xbox or new desktop.
