Does anyone know of any free/really cheap hosting services?

Friend of mine is wanting to set up a PHPBB forum for his PEGS group at his school. He's wanting to use webs or foru-m-otion or some shit so I asked him if he'd give me a couple of days to see if I can find anything better. So yeah, I need a free/cheap dependable host that lets you host forum software. Anyone got anything?

EDIT: Nevermind, will just use "forumer" -- seems better than most of the other shit. /close
