I personally find the story and online play in the modern warfare series more addictive. And for everyone complaining that mw3 didn't change anything, look at mw2 and how much of a success it was. And honestly most people here don't even know what it means when they say that bf3 is using a new game engine. They just heard it from friends or on the internet and are repeating what they hear. In mw3 they kept the same engine and brought new guns,maps,and a story. For me that is what makes a game the best not just the kind of engine and frame rates it uses. They are both good games but I still think mw3 will outsell bf3.

When MW2 was released it sold 4.7 million units in the first 24 hours
When BF2 was realeased it sold 2.3 million in the first month

I know that it isn't a good way to compare games but honestly it seems that most of the population is more of a mw fan than bf.

That game was released in 2005.
