I know some kids here dropped out at 16, got their GED early, worked for 3 years, and went to state college, because one of the larger state campuses around here takes anyone who graduated or got their GED and hasn't been in education for 3 years.


No, dropping out now won't help you, but whatever, look at your options ALL the way first.

Got about 4 weeks left this year including exams
I'm down as returning to school next year, but if I find something else more suitable

As i've said, I'm not blinding dropping out thinking i'll get a job straight away.

id make sure you can get some sort of education before dropping out. you dont wanna drop out and think you can get somewhere.

It's already pretty darn hard for people to get a job these days...even for those who have gone to 4 year colleges and have earned their degrees.
Just look at our economy....it's pretty much shit.

p.s. I saw someone who had a PhD working as a waiter at a local restaurant.
