It basically means you're permanent banned from playing crossfire. That means you can't play crossfire on that account any more...

Basically, you're banned on that account, you may have hacked, or did something that Z8Games doesn't allow.
You could send in a support ticket begging to unban you or you could come up with a very good reason and an apology letter, but I highly doubt they'll let you off.
