Judge William Adams is a judge for family affairs (including child abuse) in Texas.
His Daughter took a video of him beating her, not spanking, obvious beating. And this was taken when she was 16 years old in 2004 ( or '06). This man went to court for this and was released with no charges because this was taken a long time ago, and the time you get in jail is 5 years for child abuse, so that time passed from '04. No Charges and he is keeping his job.
My own knowledge, not google.
