How to jailbreak Ipod touch!

This is personally the best tutorial i have found on how to do it.

It is a tethered jailbreak for the IOS5 meaning that you cannot reboot your ipod without using the redsnow program on your computer.
You can install the semi thered version but it only reboots ur device in an unjailbroken mode hence not letting you play your installous apps.

So please in my opinion do not install the semit tether, and just wait for the full untethered version.
