So what the hell do you think happened? It's one big mindfuck personally.

Few things to ponder:

1. Is Yin dead?
2. Who was Izunami? Shion or Hei?
3. What do you think will happen with the alternate Earth?
4. What will happen with the third gate that opened?
5. Who/what is the boy in the coffin who looks like Yin?

Personally, I'm in favor of the idea that Hei didn't kill Yin, he simply forced Izanami out of her along with Hei being Izanagi.

After Hei forced Izanami out of Yin, Izanami transferred to a new body (the boy).

Third gate will be the subject of the third season.

The alternate Earth thing was pretty gay, I think it'll stay separate and not be brought up again.
