I'm assuming you know what Wallhack is. It's to see throught walls. Chams makes people colourfull to make them more easy to kill. Wallhack lets you see them everywhere.

If you knew this, then try activating the hack in the menu. If every hack works and not THIS ONE, the only thing that seems to be wrong is this one.
