All Zombies hacks not working for me?

Hey guys, I've been having this problem with all of the hacks I use , for Zombies. So I do everything correctly, I put the sxs dll in there I delete all the things in those two folders. I start the game, and it works perfectly until i start a game. It loads a little bit, then just stops responding and closes on me.

Any suggestions?
Vista, yes I run as Admin, yes I put the mscvl100d.dll or whatever its called. Please help, im desperate.
