Every time I try log in to one of my accounts I get

I don't hack on any of these accounts. When I go to reactivate my account it just has me change the password and loops and says I need to reactivate again.
This is happening to some of my friends too and they don't even play CA. Anyone know what this is?

Try clearing your browser cache and restarting your computer.

already tried both. The account gets disabled upon log in attempt. Tried making a new account and it was immediately disabled.
