Power leveling is when 2 people continously kill each other so fast that the exp values add up to fast that the result is you leveling 1 level for each kill. Hence, you get from level 1 to 78 in about an hour and have well over half s million bounty.

i can understand hacking because it takes skill to create a powerlvling hack but u need to get some actual skill or else ur gonna loose alot of xp when u get up to higher lvls and then get owned by lower level charachters that actually have some skill
