Simple don't use it then, this is a nice little cheat but there are way to many cheaters on every server that have better cheats.

Only use this trainer on non Punkbuster servers.
This is a trainer for Battlefield 3 V whatever latest patch is.
If you have problems running this trainer try running it in admin mode and if that fails also try compatibility mode windows xp service pack 3.If your on Windows Vista or Windows 7 make sure you turn off UAC.

1.Ctrl + F1: No Spread.
This will stop your bullets from spreading out.

2.Ctrl + F2: Reduce Recoil.
Reduces the guns recoil.

3.Ctrl + F3: Steady Shot.
This allows you to hold your breath for 100,000 seconds, useful for sniping.

4.Ctrl + F4: Tags
This will show the enemy tags/triangles (whatever) above their head.

Works for me with sniper rifle you can steady that shot for a long time, it basicly holding your breath mate for a long time, it still has a kick on it when trigger is pulled.

Can you clear up why you want to use it on a PB server? There are enough ranked servers without PB. Why risk a ban? It's not like there are a bunch of other hacks out there that would force you to play on PB servers in order to avoid other hackers.
