I completely agree. Also, usually when Bills of this magnitude are put through, they take a picture of the President signing it. They didn't take any pictures of Obama signing this one. It sort of feels like the government is preparing for a revolt or something, possibly in response to Anonymous. Either way, they're out of control, and need to be stopped.

They've already arrested a family friend of mine, he's an infamous anarchist in my area, but a great guy. They just went to his house and arrested him, I saw probably eleven police cruisers, but there's nothing in the paper about it. I feel like he may be one of the first victims If so I may need to leave town, I hung with him all the time. Just trying to stay free is getting difficult now.

I dont really follow american politics or much stuff because im only 15 but from what i saw when i was in the states for 4 weeks is that the country hasn't had a solid leader in ages obama is useless people only think he is good because he is black and there uniformed ron paul seems like a suitable candidate but still better then nothing.

oh and what i have heard from it seems like it is going to become a military regime!

I think it's a joke how when Barry signed this, he wrote a provisional note on the bill pertaining to the detainment of American citizens without trial.
He could write that he's giving everyone in the U.S. 1 million bucks, it still doesn't change the fact that the millitary still has the authority to aprehend
and detain American citizens indefintely without a trial. It's pretty scary when you have our own senators and other government officials trying to repeel this..
We're only going to get pushed so far until it's time to take this Country back. We try to do it peacefully, and get met with brutality and tear gas.
So the only alternative is going to be to take it back by force. I personally already started stock piling.

Freedom is never given by the oppressor; it must be demanded by the oppressed. I do not live in America at the moment (I will study there in a year), but I do believe it is outrageous that a Government supports war against a tyrant that denied the human right of freedom to his people (Gadafi), gets involved into multiple Middle Eastern wars because people do not have- again, the mighty word, 'freedom', and then signs this bill. And of ANY day they could've signed it, they decide to do it in New Year's Eve. It was a good strategy, and it shows how the media eventually controls most of the things people think about, but it's pretty hypocritical to sign a bill like that. Fuck Obama. Fuck tyrants. Fuck oppression. If you take freedom from a man, there's no man left in him.

EDIT: Just read about the indefinite detention without a trial thing. That's a human right violation, is it not? The UN condemned Guantanamo Bay's policy of indefinite detention as way of torture. But then again, without the US, the UN is nothing, so they probably won't mess. Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the beginning of the dark times of the 21st Century.
