Hello guys im having some problems with a website that was working yesterday and i ordered something from there and now its not working ! (the site)

''You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Apache Server at sitename.com Port 80''

Is this something from my computer so i can fix it or it is from their website?

idk if u heard about it , but in my country is a very big site : ops , its considered as a restriced site-.- (i hope it wont be considered as an ad , if it is please delete this post) the guys from redis are also the sponsors of a few skandenberg champions of romania like oncescu ..i have no ideea why do i get this error , same thing applyes to hf
