How do you use GIFs in your sigs and stuff?

Every time I try it turns out to be a picture.

Have you tried this for your Avatar or for your Signature?
Because when it isn't within the size restrictions it will be resized, and when a .gif is being resized only the first frame is being saved.

Also, are you uploading from a website or from your PC?

If you're using it for your avatar: you're sure it's within the size limits?

As long as it's not getting resized it will stay animated, otherwise it will only use the first frame. /thread
