It's funny cause I got a card that has $2.08 in it. How does this work exactly, I'm not sure what you mean't. Do you make a new account and then verify it or something?

Also, you need PP to be verified to do what?

Its a program that has bunch of Prepaid cards in a txt it uses one to verify.
Then it marks out the cards that been used.

You need PP to be verified to send money and buy thigs.
