Judging from your character, I'm not quite sure how effective it would be even if you did read it. Coding isn't quite as easy as it may sound, nor is it as hard. You just need to put some effort and will into learning how.

lol me read that dam tutorial just make me crazy...not even one come to my head,,,,,if have video how to create hack or change script i pretty fast learn that kind of think

Try getting a good eBook about pythons.I have a lots of them and they are much more clearer and you can understand well!
And Furthermore they make learning python more interesting .You will enjoy making very simple2 stuffs like strings and variables bla bla bla

I am still confuse which 1 to edit(patch or region)?
Gonna step into Chapter 2 into the book!
