Well, I bought a black ops cd-key off somebody on another website and they said that the key can be used "worldwide". I had to log in on his steam via teamviewer as a "russian ip" was needed to activate it. Anyways, I get the error WIN_IMPROPER_QUIT_BODY. I believe I've had this before when I was banned and had to buy a new account, and I have no clue how I resolved that one. Is it because of a russian key? And do I need english files or whatever to fix this error?
