12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS REWARD GONE WRONG

Okay..this might seem very weird and hypnotic to you guys.
For the 12 days of christmas thing, I've finished mostly everything, except the santa backpack and I think the ZM Token thing because i was busy. So basically excluding those two things, I've finished 10 events, and got those 10 rewards. So now im all happy.
Not entirely.
So what Z8GAMES have said was that when you finish 6 events or more, you get the ak47 adv knife (30 days).
Now the weird part..I've finished the first 6 events, and ive checked my storage about an hour later, and no ak47. So i was like "oh maybe i get it at the end of all events prob. lol"
The end of 12 days thing. I've got rewarded with 10 stuffs-, but no ak47 adv.
by that time i was like "well i'll wait one more day.."
the next day. Still no ak47 in storage.
Any solutions? I've posted to almost every single websites, but noone knows why.. people requested re-install, but that fixed nothing. Any comments posted will be greatful to me. Thanks.
BTW, I HAVE A WINDOWS 7 HOME PREMIUM HP TRUEVISION 32-BIT, NOT 64-BIT.

Your computer has nothing to do with why you didn't get your rewards. That's Z8Games problem. Send them a support ticket and ask them why you didn't obtain your AK47 Knife Advanced.
