Noscope legend script ?

Maybe it has been asked few times, but didn't see any thread talking about this script.
So yeah, there is script called noscope legend (or a mod, don't really know), which let you hit every noscope you do.
No way to find it on YouTube, i google'd it and didn't find it.
So guys, have you got it ? Or, do you know where i can get it ?
