I never said I bought runes with RP (I can just add them)
And I did not make any accounts to vouch for myself "dumbass"

He is not lying, he showed me on my smurf account. He added a few Runes (tier 3), champions, Viktor bundle, XP/IP boost, a skinn and some RP.
Yhe account was level 5 and shouldn't be ablt to purchase tier 3 runes.
