Computer Addiction.

This week of Christmas I've noticed that my eyes had gone really really bad.
I stayed up til 4am every day, sleep only about 3 hours, just to go on the computer.
I've noticed that my eyes are getting really really red, so I've decided not to use the anything that'll hurt my eyes (TV, computer, ect) for a month.
However, it's really hard for me, thats basicly 100% of my entertainment.
WHen i come back from school, the first thing i do is fb, play games on the pc, play games on my consoles.
So i really need help.
Can you guys give me some suggestions of what to do?

Well you don't have to give up the computer and shit. Just get a good amount of sleep (like 8 or 9 hours at least). Go to bed at like 11 pm instead of 4 am

You can't be addicted to computers unless, if possible prove me wrong; that your body has developed a chemical need for you to play games and type and waste your time on a computer. If you can't experience a real withdrawal and you can almost NOT live without it; then you're addicted.
Same goes with Weed; you can't be addicted to it... You can be obsessed but not addicted.
Simple shit; get the fuck off and find something better to do. Get a girlfriend; or boyfriend if you roll that way.
