Please Help

I am playing APB allot and i still don't know why is my screen and game so fu**ed up
I mean every time i put decal on car and go drive car the car everything is so blurry.
At first i was thinking maybe that's the game but until i saw few youtoube videos.

Please guys if there's some file or something i need to do please help

sounds like it is taking awhile to load everything... happens to me also sometimes, it should show up after some time in game, unless your internet connection is not too great.
Thats just my opinion though, without being able to see the pictures above.

One occasion of having blurred decals if due to loading issues related to your computer. Seeing that you use a 32bit system with 4GBs of ram, have you tried increasing the VM on your machine to further speed up APB? 32bit systems are known for 2GB VM locked allocation and increasing that allocation does no harm to your computer (on rare occasions some programs may have running issues but you can always revert back to the 2GB VM default or play around with the values like 2.5GB, 2.9GB, 3GB, etc.)

Also, if I'm not mistaken it looks as if you're using a custom APBCompact file to reduce visual effects which do alter the visuals a lot (hence the shitty/blurry symbols/decals placed on clothes and cars). I also use a custom APBCompact file to reduce the lag and increase my FPS so I also experience blurred decals but it doesn't really affect me much.

Put your graphics card on quality not performance , I had the same problem !

you should have some program, that automatically installs with your video card, to change your video card's settings...

I have Nvidia, so idk what ATI Radeon has in regards to the program for it's settings...

Have u tried to change ingame graphics!U should take a look at the resolution

Dude i am playing on lowest resolution its fucking dumb but at least i play the game i just want to fix that crap -.-
