Need really fast help [really technical]

I know this isnt the right section but i need help, like now. I was trying to fix my Microsoft office error. And when i was on regedit I accidentally deleted "Microsoft" instead of "Office" now i cant run any microsoft application (cmd system restore .ect) i havnt restarted becuase i dont wanna make it worse... i think i made a reg backup a while back, but idk where it saved.

Yea, im just getting all my drivers, setups, work etc im just guna have too fit it all on three 2gb memory sticks lol
