Wait between rep?

How long do you have to wait?
I've repped probably over 30 different people but It won't let me rep someone again

Not really sure, but trust me the wait isn't a bad thing.
It keeps people from abusing the derep function.

I know, but I've been trying to thank someone for a while

I see where the spamming de rep problem would come in as well though

Don't know when the last time I repped you was but I can't do it again

takes me some time i could only -rep you like once a week

The default is 40. You have to give out to 40 different people.
