Request: Recoil macro (I know, again, but pls bear with me!)

Guys,

I would like to ask for a copy paste of this macro, no exe, no download no setups pls! I'm obviously not going to download exe files or zip or rar files I'm not that dumb.

Just give me a copy paste of this macro, and give some basic explanation what to change how to set it up. I got Roccat Kova + I can do the macro stuff, but a little step by step help I wouldn't mind.
