Not really begging, he just want a new account created before the IP Restriction, such request like this are permitted, what isn't permitted is the request of high level account nor specific weapons.

Well I would be happy if I can actualy use PayPal... but in country like my, I can't...
I cant even buy ZP... I'm earning ZP through sur.veys...

Well im from Bosnia (north-east europe), and everytime I create account on z8 it says something like: not available in you region due IP Restriction...
once I managed to create acc (with US proxy address) al worked fine but then when logging in-game... again not availeble im your region
I hope I explained my problem...

I play on my account... my account was created before IP Restricions came... so everything works ok...
But problem is with creating new ones... they see Bosnian IP and block account...
they dont want us in servers because lag and somethink like it... idk...

all i want to say i need account created lik 2 years ago (before IP Restricions)

It won't work. I actually tested it out with @Royku at one point of time when he needed an account. When I created an account(I live in NA, he lives in the Netherlands) it didn't let him get on the account... It said 'service isn't available in your region' message when he tried logging in. I created the account, the character - everywhere from here. Still didn't let him.

The thing is the the IP Restrictions blocks accounts from not just being created in certain countries, but playing in certain countries. In the same situation like what I said, if I were to create a new account right now (Canada), and I were next day to go to Germany and play, it wouldn't work because of the IP restriction. It just doesn't work any more.

Getting an account created before the IP Restrictions update - . You're going to actually have to go around the section and PMing/VMing people on it. Not everyone views the help section - aka this thread won't be viewed by the entire CF community. You're going to have to find someone through that...
