lift weights...you got to school right join weight training
im 13, weigh like 80 lbs. And i just eat a bunch of regular day things, and at night i do curls,shrugs, pushups, leg lifts, sit ups, crunches, and other stuff but that was like in fall. but the amount i can carry went from like 5lbs -> 15lbs (idgaf what u think of me )

@OP, Buy a pullup bar from Amazon or something, do 20 pullups and 20 chin ups a day, if you can't do pullups or chin ups, take a chair and put it in front of you and put 1 foot on the chair and pull yourself up. Do like 20 pushups too, start low, and increase by like 2 every 2 days.
