err... "hacks"? There are no "hacks" for skyrim, there are console commands and there are mods. This is Multiplayer Game Hacking so single player games don't get sections. There are a ton of websites that have skyrim mods, google is your friend.

MPGH isn't a SP hacking website, were a MP hacking website. Besides, you just need the console commands to cheat in that game (granted you're on PC).
