Take your mod in rez format and rename it PROPS.rez or MODELS.rez, replace it:
C: \ Nexon \ Combat Arms\ Game. And that's it.

if it works your freaking awesome, i requested many times for this since the previous one texturescripts.rez doesn't work for me anymore. I should try this and lets see hopefully this works.

This tut is actually more simple.
Just a little heads up, deleting your PROPS without properly replacing it will make you unable to pick up ammo bags and health kits.
