[Request] Muzzle flare files

I remember a while ago someone had given their M416 a rotating magic circle muzzle flare. Unfortunately I've been looking all over the place but can't find it.

Anyway, does anyone know where the files are that:

1. Dictate which muzzle flash guns use
2. Are the muzzle flash themselves
