Hey guys right now i have o 17 inch[i think] monitor and i will change it for a full hd monitor.
But when i will get it should i change my gpu from 5450 to a gtx or 6k/5k series ati.
And what kind of gpu suggest me [a good one] that works maximum with 1, 6 pin connector cuz thats the only connector i have.

You probably shouldnt have to upgrade anything if you are just getting a new monitor. afaik the 5450 is perfectly capable of going to 1920x1080, but I cant speak for performance in games at that reso.
The 5770 seems like a pretty good launching point for a new one though. You cant look for getting anything too powerful with a 500w PSU. Keep in mind it has to run everything else in your computer too.
I have three computers in this house that would like to have a word with you. Specifically an old system with a 3500+ that still plays new gen games.

If you want an AMD cpu and gpu, aim for cheaper stuff unless you can beef up the PSU.
