FRAPS help..

I've just downloaded fraps and i have recorded myself briefly playing CF, just to see if it works. I've played for like 30 seconds then I quit, and watched myself play. The lag was reduced A LOT from hypercam record, but the lag was still there. Screen flickered a bit too. How do those people on youtube with fine crossfire gameplay videotape like that so smoothly? Mine always lags -.-

how do you check your video card, and FPS?

If you can't do that, your not going to have the smarts to do anything with the footage, and it's most likely that your computer is too shit to even record (even with the right settings)
