basically who ever made this thing DIDN'T flatten the image, so the layers are still present when you take the clipping mask off. It's so obviously fake that even amatures can figure it out. Curious isn't it? It's almost like they wanted people talking about this shit, but why?

Not only is the document obviously fake, but in 1961 they would of used the word NEGRO, not black. Also, that hospital DID NOT exist in 1961 by that name.
