Doesnt sound like a ban. Bans usually say something along the lines of "Congratulations you've been banned!"... Could just be a config error? :/

I Think Your issue Is Your not Pointing it Correctly Try Using it In Faceoff,..And Master131 Gave A Crosshair So you Can Aim At The Boxes So The Aimbot Works Flawless Took me a good week of use before (back in V1.7) But now I'm Pro At Using It

Nope Your Ports Or Firewall Is Off
Firewall: Most Likely Blocking MW3
Ports: Obvious Reasons
Also Are You Using Anything Like Peer block?

Not on mw3.. bans on mw3 are this exact message... so he might be banned...

I was banned from mw3 a few monts ago and the same thing happend to me. the server was always unavailable.

But if you right click on the steam logo(right-under on your desktop) and then options, you can see your VAC-status. that says if you are banned or not

Well.. as I said, you might be really banned, check the VAC stats on you Steam profile to make sure.. it there's no "Vac Ban(s) on Record" Then your firewall or something is blocking mw3..
