Try to re-install Net 4 and run the hack as Admin.. I don't believe it will really work.. but you can try

Vista has aero, you just need to enable it (or install it). If you have it you will be able to enable it through the control panel, else download it from the windows website.

If you report through steam it does nothing, using mw3sa or banCandy, gets people banned. They use demo files

Can you make the hack not needing alt tab when u start a game in order to activate the hack? As i always alt tab out of the loading screen , lastly it will be nice if i could save the settings i made on the previous game, so i do not need to change certain settings of the hack whenever i start the hack. Thanks.

The hack should start activated, if not you need to run MW3 in windowed mode, as far as your settings, if you edit the config file it will load the hack with the same settings everytime.
