[Request]Glitching TUT

i dont know how to glitch and i want to learn
if any one could teach me or give me a tut ill be very thankfull

Edit:i dont need places were u can glitch i need to know how to glitch....

Try to Sprint into walls... especialy on the things that pop out from the wall like in SandHog Bravo Spawn

and try to move to left and to right a lil bit so u will get in.. if not in 1st try.. maybe with 2nd
