why the full screen disabled? even with a 42 inch screen still would like to be able to full screen it lol

Note: once i aquire a working mic i will remake a new tutorial for this with talking instead of the text, so be on the look out for that coming soon, that way those who didnt understand it completely will have a better grasp of what to do, in having a better explanation on what to do.
